2. Our company implements lifelong maintenance for our products. For pipes and fittings that exceed the warranty period, our company will treat customers with the same attitude as during the warranty period. All expenses incurred will be charged at cost price and will not be charged for profit.
2、 After sales service content:
After receiving a call from a customer, our company will answer their questions by phone within ten minutes. If you need to go to the construction site to solve the problem, we will provide on-site guidance and installation as quickly as possible.
3、 After sales service guarantee measures:
Our company has an after-sales service department with dedicated engineers responsible for this work.
